Job Description – E-Commerce Conversion & Retention Executive
Role Overview
Sushain is looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven professional to manage and improve conversion rates across Sushain platforms (sushainclinic.com & sushain.in).
The role will focus on improving user journeys, reducing drop-offs, increasing cart recovery, improving landing page performance, customer retention, chatbot management, and maximizing overall platform sales efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Conversion Optimization
- Monitor and improve website conversion rates
- Analyze customer journey and funnel performance
- Identify drop-offs across:
- Landing pages
- Product pages
- Cart stage
- Checkout stage
- Payment stage
Customer Retention & Win-Back
- Execute cart abandonment recovery campaigns
- Create customer win-back journeys
- Improve repeat purchase rates
- Coordinate WhatsApp, email, and retention workflows
Landing Page & Funnel Management
- Optimize landing pages for better conversions
- Coordinate A/B testing initiatives
- Analyze heatmaps, session behavior, and user interactions
- Improve CTA placements and customer flow
Chatbot & Customer Interaction Management
- Manage chatbot workflows and automation
- Improve automated customer responses and lead handling
- Coordinate customer engagement tools for better conversion
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Daily monitoring of:
- Conversion rates
- Funnel performance
- CAC vs conversion efficiency
- Repeat user behavior
- Retention metrics
- Prepare MIS and performance dashboards
- Generate actionable insights from platform data
Coordination & Optimization
- Work closely with marketing, design, tech, and operations teams
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and user behavior
- Support growth initiatives across both platforms
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Excel and data analytics
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of chatbot tools and retention workflows
- Understanding of customer behavior analysis
- Ability to derive insights from large datasets
Preferred Experience
2–5 years experience in:
- E-commerce analytics
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Retention marketing
- Marketplace or D2C operations
- Data-driven growth roles
