About the Internship:
Location: Chandivali, Powai, Mumbai.
Early Sunday is looking for a detail-oriented intern to support our e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precise, organised work and wants hands-on experience with how a growing D2C fashion brand runs its online store. You’ll work closely with our E-commerce Executive on day-to-day catalogue, content, and order management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and update SEO-friendly alt text for product images across Shopify and other sales platforms.
- Track customer orders end-to-end, flagging delays and coordinating updates with the logistics team.
- Support catalogue maintenance: checking product descriptions, pricing, and visuals for accuracy.
- Assist with inventory updates and basic website checks.
- Help maintain records of tasks, product data, and order status across spreadsheets
- and tools.
- Provide support on customer queries related to orders, when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with accuracy-driven tasks.
- Good written English; comfortable writing clear product descriptions.
- Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and using AI.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
- An interest in fashion, e-commerce, or sustainability is a bonus.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in any specialisation.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
