Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat for an E-commerce & Content Executive.
This role is primarily focused on managing and maintaining our website (WordPress + WooCommerce) — ensuring all product listings are accurate, well-structured, and visually consistent. You will also support our social media presence by posting and showcasing new products and collections.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented and takes ownership of execution, not just planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on WordPress + WooCommerce
- Write clear, structured, and accurate product descriptions
- Organize categories, tags, and product attributes properly
- Upload and optimize product images
- Maintain consistency across the website (formatting, naming, details)
- Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches
- Plan and post content on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content posting
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic image editing
- Understanding of SEO basics is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Bonus: Experience in textiles, trims, or fashion-related products
