About the Role
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on with Shopify and managing marketplaces, understands what makes a product sell, and can improve conversion not just manage listings. This role combines cataloguing, page building, and revenue optimization across platforms/marketplaces. You will handle the fundamentals, but your real goal is to improve conversion and drive sales across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Shopify & Website Optimization
- Create and manage product listings on Shopify
- Build and optimize product pages and landing pages for higher conversion
- Improve page structure, imagery, and copy to better communicate product value
- Ensure website hygiene across pricing, inventory, and merchandising
- Marketplace and quick commerce place management (Amazon & Flipkart and the likes)
- Manage and optimize listings across Amazon and Flipkart primarily
- Improve visibility, content quality, and conversion on marketplaces
- Ensure consistency across platforms in pricing, cataloguing, and positioning
- Conversion & Revenue Focus
- Audit high-traffic products and identify why they aren’t converting
- Improve performance through better page experience and merchandising
- Work on high-potential products to unlock additional revenue
- Pricing & Commercial Thinking
- Optimize pricing based on demand, competition, and elasticity
- Balance conversion and margins to maximize revenue
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Drive changes required to improve conversion and user experience
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on with Shopify to create and optimize conversion-focused pages, with experience managing and scaling marketplace listings
- Mindset
- Strong interest in building a sports brand
- Curious and analytical, always questioning what can be improved
- Ownership-driven focused on outcomes, not just tasks
- Experience with Shopify (product pages, collections, merchandising)
- Experience managing listings on Amazon and Flipkart
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion
- Ability to work with data and identify opportunities
Growth Path
This role evolves into a Platform / Category Owner, where you will be responsible for sales and profitability (P&L)
