LightYears Health is on a mission to redefine how India ages, not with fear, but with science. We make clinically validated nutrition products for people who refuse to slow down: the 55-year-old who still lifts, the woman navigating menopause on her own terms, the 70-year-old who outruns her grandchildren.

The role.
Working closely with our founder, you will build LightYears' presence and growth across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and beyond. You'll be the face of our brand to platform partners and the engine behind sell-through on every marketplace we play in.
• Channel partnerships: Build and manage relationships with our e-commerce partners including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and others to grow brand presence, unlock visibility, and secure marquee placements during sale events and BAU.
• Listings & catalogue management: Own listing quality and catalogue hygiene across all e-commerce platforms. Every PDP, A+ page, and storefront should reflect the brand at its best, from imagery and copy to compliance and search optimization.
• Inventory management: Manage inventory across all e-commerce channels, forecasting demand, preventing stockouts, and ensuring optimal stock levels at every fulfillment center and dark store.
• BAU & sale event execution: Drive sales during business-as-usual periods and own end-to-end execution for marquee sale events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Sale, Republic Day, etc.) from deal structures and pricing to on-platform marketing.
• PO management & channel expansion: Manage purchase orders with our marketplace partners. Lead expansion into new quick-commerce and e-pharmacy channels, identifying which platforms matter most for our consumer and unlocking them.
(The bare minimum) qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplace management, or channel sales, ideally for a consumer brand.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and/or quick-commerce platforms.
• Excel skills and a data-driven approach to managing channels.

Role Logistics.
• This is an in-person role at our office in Lower Parel, Mumbai. We work 5 days in-office and 1 day remote.
