Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Catalog Specialist role located in Coimbatore. The specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining product catalogs across e-commerce platforms, analyzing product performance, and ensuring accurate product details, images, and descriptions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing product listings, addressing customer and marketplace queries, and driving overall e-commerce sales growth through strategic catalog management.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Commerce, including knowledge of e-commerce platforms and catalog management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for monitoring product performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Effective Communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external partners
- Customer Service experience with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving queries
- Proven ability in Sales to contribute to revenue growth and marketplace strategy
- Experience with e-commerce operations and tools as an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business requirements
