Swastik Enterprises is looking for a motivated and experienced **E-commerce & B2B Sales Executive** to manage online business portals and generate sales leads. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling platforms like:

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing product listings, handling inquiries, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage and operate GeM, IndiaMART, and Alibaba seller accounts
* Upload and optimize product listings
* Handle customer inquiries and quotations
* Generate B2B leads and close sales
* Follow up with clients for orders and payments
* Coordinate with dispatch and support teams
* Maintain daily sales and inquiry reports
* Improve online visibility and product reach
### Skills Required
* Knowledge of GeM tender handling and order processing
* Experience with IndiaMART lead management
* Understanding of Alibaba international inquiries
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, MS Office)
* Sales-oriented mindset
### Qualification
* Graduate / Diploma in any field
* Minimum 1 year experience in handling B2B portals and sales
