Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce role located in Pune Division. The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, coordinating with customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. The candidate will also analyze data to improve sales performance, address customer inquiries or issues, and collaborate with the team to enhance overall e-commerce operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce management and experience with online platforms
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address customer queries
- Sales skills with the ability to drive conversions and achieve targets
- Collaborative mindset and organizational skills to work within a fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the foodtech industry is a plus
