Role Description
This is a full-time E-Commerce role. The E-Commerce professional will oversee the daily operations of the online store, develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer engagement, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing the online shopping experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Candidates will also manage the execution of promotional campaigns and inventory oversight, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and strong understanding of online sales strategies
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying trends
- Experience in Sales and achieving revenue objectives
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and concepts is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
