We’re looking for a data-driven, hands-on E-Commerce Associate to manage and grow our online storefronts across Shopify and major marketplaces.
What You’ll Do
- Manage product listings end-to-end (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy in cataloguing, pricing, inventory, and content
- Analyze product performance, identify drop-offs, and improve conversion rates (CVR)
- Optimize product pages, images, pricing, and landing experiences
- Track sales, P&L, and ad performance (ROAS/ACOS) to drive decisions
- Work closely with design, marketing, and tech teams to improve performance
- Build scalable processes and contribute to revenue growth
What Success Looks Like
- Clean, high-converting product listings
- Improved conversion rates and revenue from existing traffic
Who Should Apply
- Strong in Excel, analytics, and problem-solving
- Comfortable owning performance and fixing gaps
- Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused
