We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with major e-commerce platforms including Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Q-Commerce portals (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.), along with familiarity with AI tools and Agile ways of working.
- ✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, catalog uploads, and updates across Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-Commerce platforms
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams to ensure compliance and listing accuracy
- Monitor order processing, inventory levels, and returns
- Analyze platform performance reports and optimize listings using data-driven insights
- Leverage AI tools for catalog optimization, content generation, and performance tracking
- Resolve operational issues related to listings, payments, or logistics
- Run and track promotional campaigns and discounts
- Work closely with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Participate in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, task tracking, and continuous improvement
- 🎯 Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., for content creation, analytics, automation, or optimization)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative work environments
- Strong understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and pricing strategy
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
