Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Associate, based in Ghaziabad. The E-commerce Associate will manage daily operations of the online store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment. They will work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, and ensure a seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms. The individual will also assist in coordinating with logistics teams and managing shipments.
Qualifications
- Experience in E-commerce Operations, Product Listings, and Inventory Management
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, Online Sales Strategies, and Campaign Implementation
- Proficiency in using E-commerce Platforms and Analytics Tools
- Strong Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills
- Familiarity with Logistics Processes and Vendor Coordination
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of smart home products and consumer electronics is a plus
