Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage and support our online sales operations across various marketplaces and platforms. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of e-commerce operations, product listing, order management, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, returns, and tracking updates.
- Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to orders and products.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist in planning online promotions, offers, and sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to sales and orders.
- Ensure marketplace standards and timelines are maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the fashion/apparel industry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online marketplaces.
