Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce and Marketplace Executive, based in Kochi. The role involves managing online store operations, coordinating with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, analyzing sales trends, formulating strategies to drive growth, and addressing customer service needs. Additionally, the role will ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines while achieving sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commerce and understanding of e-commerce marketplace platforms
• Exceptional analytical skills to assess sales trends and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and customer interactions
• Proficiency in customer service and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction
• Proven track record in sales and ability to develop strategies to achieve sales goals
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools and analytics platforms is a plus
• Experience or exposure in retail, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous
