Role Description The E-Commerce/Amazon Ads Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves managing Amazon seller accounts, creating and optimizing product listings, and setting up and monitoring Amazon advertising campaigns to drive visibility and sales. The executive will analyze campaign performance, adjust bids and targeting, and prepare regular performance reports and insights. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and clients, resolving marketplace issues, ensuring accurate product data, and contributing to broader e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Commerce and understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics, sales data, and customer behavior, and to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams, interacting with clients, and preparing clear reports.
- Customer Service orientation to manage queries, address marketplace concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Sales skills to identify growth opportunities, support promotional strategies, and help increase conversions and revenue.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads (PPC), and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; comfort working with large data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
