Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Ads Specialist, based in our Pune office. The specialist will manage advertising campaigns across major e-commerce and social media platforms to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and optimize ad performance. Responsibilities include campaign strategy development, ad creation, A/B testing, performance tracking, and data analysis. Collaboration with internal marketing and creative teams is also an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in campaign management on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Skills in performance analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of e-commerce market trends and targeted advertising strategies.
- Content creation skills, including copywriting and knowledge of design elements.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple campaigns efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in social media marketing or e-commerce advertising is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
