We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist
(Amazon, Flipkart & Meta Ads)
We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who understands how to scale e-commerce brands through data, strategy, and execution not just theory.
This role is ideal for:
• Freshers with practical experience (internships, freelance work, personal projects)
• Candidates with up to 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Amazon, Flipkart, and Meta ad campaigns
• Improve product visibility, conversions, and overall sales performance
• Analyze campaign data and optimize for better ROI/ROAS
• Identify winning products and scale profitable campaigns
• Collaborate with the team on growth and performance strategies
What We’re Looking For:
• Practical understanding of Amazon & Flipkart advertising
• Hands-on campaign experience is mandatory
• Ability to understand performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Someone proactive, growth-oriented, and performance-focused
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads
• Understanding of e-commerce funnels and scaling strategies
Job Details:
• 3-Month Probation Period
• Stipend During Probation: ₹18,000/month
• Full-Time Opportunity based on performance and results
