Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (E-commerce Focus)
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing ads across multiple platforms Amazon, Flipkart, Google, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
If you understand how to scale e-commerce brands profitably and love working with data, creatives, and strategy this is for you.
Role & Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns on:
• Amazon Ads
• Flipkart Ads
• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Plan, execute, and scale campaigns for e-commerce brands
• Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Work closely with the creative & product team for ad strategy
• Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI
Requirements
• Proven experience in running ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Google & Meta
• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance marketing
• Ability to handle budgets and scale campaigns profitably
• Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking
• Basic understanding of creatives, funnels, and customer journey
Job Details
• Remote Opportunity (2 Years of experience)
• 3 Months Probation Period- 15,000 salary
• Performance-based growth
• Opportunity to convert into a full-time role after probation
Bonus (Good to Have)
• Experience with Shopify brands
• Knowledge of tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA4)
• Experience scaling D2C brands
