The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale
marketplace and quick commerce advertising for a leading CPG brand. This is a
client-facing role where you'll be the go-to expert for campaign strategy, execution,
optimization, and reporting.
You'll work directly with the brand team, translating business objectives into high-
performing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms like
Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
This role is based at the client's office in Mumbai.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations including keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decision to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and sales
- Identify and eliminate spend leaks, improve ad visibility, and maximize return on advertising spend
Strategy & Planning
- Develop quarterly and monthly advertising strategies aligned with brand business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy
- Recommend budget allocation across platforms and campaign types based on performance data
- Design promotional campaign strategies for new launches, festive seasons, and sales events
Client Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related discussions with the brand team
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Proactively communicate campaign performance, wins, challenges, and recommendations
- Participate in business reviews and strategic planning discussions
Listing Management Support
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize product listings for better ad performance
- Ensure advertising strategies are aligned with product page content and availability
- Provide inputs on listing optimization based on campaign performance data
Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards and trackers
- Analyze data across platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Track key metrics: ROAS, ACoS/ACOS, CTR, conversion rate, share of voice, and sales attribution
- Use Excel and analytics tools to derive insights and present recommendations
Must-Have Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace and quick commerce advertising
- Proven expertise in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Strong experience with at least one quick commerce platform: Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart
- Experience managing CPG/FMCG brand campaigns (preferred) or D2C brands with strong marketplace presence
- Track record of managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROAS improvements
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console
- Working knowledge of Flipkart Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart advertising platforms
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and dashboard creation
- Comfortable working with campaign APIs and third-party analytics tools

- Experience working in an agency or platform environment serving multiple brands
