🚀 We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Account Manager – B2B Marketplaces
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our business across leading B2B and e-commerce marketplaces, including Flipkart, Moglix & IndustryBuying.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Flipkart, Moglix and IndustryBuying accounts.
- Drive marketplace sales, revenue, profitability and overall account growth.
- Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory and promotions.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, fulfillment and marketplace SLAs.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility, conversion and sales.
- Coordinate with marketplace KAMs for campaigns, offers and business growth opportunities.
- Analyze marketplace performance, sales trends and competitor pricing.
- Prepare regular MIS, sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, logistics, finance and customer support.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the product portfolio and marketplace presence.
🔹 Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace account management.
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart, Moglix, IndustryBuying or similar B2B marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, pricing, cataloguing and promotions.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to take ownership of sales targets and account performance.
📍 Location: Civil Lines, near prince hostel , city-ludhiana punjab .
