About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Account Manager with hands-on experience managing marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management, including product listings, inventory control, vendor coordination, and performance optimization. Experience with additional marketplaces is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings (including variations, keywords, and backend attributes)
- Develop and manage A+ Content on Amazon to enhance product visibility and conversions
- Implement SEO strategies for product listings to improve organic rankings
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and prevent stock-outs
- Handle vendor and supplier coordination for smooth operations
- Track and analyze performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, returns, etc.)
- Run and optimize promotional campaigns and marketplace ads (preferred)
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve account issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Strong understanding of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO
- Experience with A+ Content creation on Amazon
- Knowledge of inventory and order management processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and improve performance
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with other marketplaces (e.g., Nykaa, Myntra etc)
- Familiarity with advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance campaigns
