Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Catalogue Specialist based in Noida. The professional in this role will manage, organize, and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing catalog content. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality visuals and descriptions, monitoring inventory levels, conducting competitor and market analysis, implementing pricing strategies, and improving overall product visibility and performance. The role also involves liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational processes and enhanced customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Commerce with strong understanding of inventory management, pricing strategies, and e-commerce operations
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate competitor activity, and optimize sales performance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients
- Sales acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategies to improve product visibility and drive sales
- Proficiency in working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, along with knowledge of SEO best practices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure the accuracy of product listings and address operational challenges
- Prior experience in a related role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
