Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager. The role focuses on managing and optimizing Clarity Global Labs’ presence on various e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities include product listing, inventory management, driving sales through promotions and campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. The candidate will also ensure adherence to platform-specific guidelines and maintain accurate reporting and forecasting for inventory and sales trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-commerce marketplace management, including listing products, optimizing product descriptions, and handling inventory.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics, tracking sales trends, and generating actionable insights.
- Experience in running promotional campaigns, managing advertising budgets, and implementing effective pricing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with e-commerce tools, such as marketplace dashboards and analytics software.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify growth opportunities within e-commerce platforms.
- Prior experience in the skincare, beauty, or personal care industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
