We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Brand Growth Manager to scale and strengthen our brand "Vedic Mum". The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand building, product lifecycle, and online business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, launch new products, and manage end-to-end operations while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Growth Manager based in Noida. The Brand Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, managing brand positioning, and driving sales initiatives. The role includes managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all campaigns align with the brand's values and goals. The Brand Growth Manager will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the brand presence and market reach
● Plan and successfully launch new products, from ideation to go-to-market strategy
● Manage overall online business operations including product cataloging, pricing, and performance tracking
● Handle product listings across platforms, ensuring optimization for visibility and conversions
● Work closely with third-party vendors and manufacturers for product development, packaging,
and supply chain coordination
● Oversee order management systems and logistics platforms such as Shiprocket, Nimbus, etc.
● Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to drive decision-making
● Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication
● Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels
● Ensure smooth operational flow from inventory to customer delivery
Desired Profile of the candidate:
● 7–12 years of experience in brand growth, business expansion, or digital-led product businesses
● Strong business acumen with a revenue-driven mindset
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
