As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a driven professional to strengthen our online sales and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities ā¢ Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
ā¢ Oversee catalog management including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
ā¢ Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and marketplace advertisements.
ā¢ Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and key KPIs.
ā¢ Coordinate with warehouse, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
ā¢ Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns to maintain high seller ratings.
ā¢ Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
ā¢ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Desired Candidate Profile ā¢ Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
ā¢ Experience: 2ā6 years in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
ā¢ Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO basics, and paid ad campaigns.
ā¢ Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
ā¢ Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
