Must Have Requirements:
Erp Consultant with 7-10 years of progressive experience driving enterprise ERP transformation across cloud and On-Premise applications.
- Partner with executive stakeholders (IT, Finance, PMO, Procurement) to translate business strategy into scalable ERP solutions and operating models.
- Lead end-to-end FIN, PPM transformation programs including solution architecture, implementation oversight, change management, and value realization.
- Collaborate across Oracle ecosystem partners and internal stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
- Analyze business requirements and propose the best practice solution, advising customers on their move to Hybrid and/or pure Cloud architectures.
- Participate in different industry ERP transformation like Government entities, telecom, Utilities, Hospitality, Construction, Operations and maintenance, Health care, petroleum and energy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in building client and team relations
- Mentor and enable ERP functional teams, building high performing delivery and advisory capabilities.
- Support pre-sales and advisory engagements: solution visioning, executive presentations, demos, effort estimation, and proposal leadership.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 across various modules (Finance, SCM, HCM etc.).
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, Forms Personalization, and AOL objects.
- Hands-on experience on development of custom applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and personalization, extension as well.
- Expertise in Oracle RDF and BI(XML) Publisher for creating reports.
- Creating custom Approval Management Engine (AME) transactions and managing standard
- Interfaces (Outbound / Inbound) & Conversions – SQL*Loader, Open Interfaces, APIs
- Performance tuning
- Integration with third-party systems
- Adept at managing project life cycles from design, and development to testing and deployment.
- Documentations of customized and newly developed system processes and application functionalities.
Nice to Have:
- Telecom domain experience.
- Provide support for difficult and complex system environments
- Assistance and training to users
- Preparing documentation such as MD070/MD060
- Directly work with end users to review requirements Oracle EBS (Finance, PPM, Procurement)
- Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, PPM, Core HCM, Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Port, Supplier Qualification, Enterprise Contracts)
- SQL, SOAP & REST services for fusion integration, OTBI, Oracle fusion application composer, Oracle Fusion personalization using page composer
- Implement, configure, Support, health check and Customize Oracle on prim and cloud applications.
- Documentation as per Oracle methodologies
