We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to data preprocessing, model building, and performance optimization in real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML models into applications.
• Conduct model validation, testing, and monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering).
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with ML libraries such as:
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Basic understanding of Deep Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment.

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)

• Version control systems (Git)
• Cloud platforms like:
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Google Cloud (GCP)
• Microsoft Azure
• Exposure to Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP or Computer Vision projects.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices.
• Experience with model monitoring tools.
• Participation in Kaggle competitions or open-source contributions.
