As a member of our legal team, you will work on a variety of topics including product and intellectual property law, data privacy, and corporate transactions. You will have the opportunity to take on challenging, high-impact projects and work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and support on product-related issues, including reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, licensing terms, and other legal documents - Manage and oversee the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademark, copyright, and patent matters - Advise on data privacy and security compliance matters - Support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's business objectives - Stay up-to-date on relevant legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify and mitigate risks Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification - 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably with exposure to technology companies and products - Strong understanding of intellectual property law, data privacy regulations, and commercial contracts - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus - Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
