Hiring for Role: Dynatrace Architect / SME
Experience: 7 to 9 Years
Location: Bangalore
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Europe Zone)
Role Summary:
The Dynatrace Observability Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise observability solutions using Dynatrace. The role focuses on application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and user experience analytics to ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical business applications.
The architect will work closely with customers to gather monitoring requirements, design monitoring strategies, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide end-to-end observability solutions.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory):
- Dynatrace Associate / Professional Certification.
- 7 to 9 years of experience in APM / Observability / Performance Monitoring
- Strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace installation, configuration, and administration
- Experience in Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate deployment
- Experience with Dynatrace Managed Cluster (On-Prem) and SaaS environments
- Strong experience in Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring
- Experience configuring alerting profiles, problem notifications, and dashboards
- Experience integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow (SNOW) or ITSM tools
- Experience in performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and application diagnostics
- Experience setting up end-to-end monitoring frameworks in production environments
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Dynatrace Grail (Log Management)
- Experience with event correlation and AI/ML based observability
- Experience with middleware technologies (Web Server, App Server, Messaging platforms)
- Knowledge of LDAP or SAML authentication
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Exposure to Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience with performance testing frameworks and strategies
