Role Description
- Depth knowledge of all Dynatrace components and concepts
- Must have administration and management experience with Dynatrace SaaS or Managed clusters.
- Hands-on knowledge to install Dynatrace components such as ActiveGate & OneAgent
- Experience working on APIs and integrations.
- Working experience in Custom extension creation, deployment, and upgrade
- Create Dynatrace configurations, tags, host groups, management zones etc.
- Enable RUM monitoring for application.
- Creation of monitoring dashboards
- Interfaces with Dynatrace support team on complex issues
- Understand incident rules and s and get those defined for applications.
- Be responsible for helping customers diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage critical customer-facing issues and facilitate communication between the customer and infrastructure teams.
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve or escalate internal system s to ensure availability of systems.
- Automating Dynatrace configuration through APIs
- Deploy/upgrade OneAgent and ActiveGate
- Lead the implementation of Dynatrace solutions for clients, including software installation, configuration, and customization based on specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, customers, and technical teams to define and understand the scope of the implementation.
- Create, customize, and optimize dashboards, metrics, profiles, and reports to support operations and business decisions
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of complex performance issues and guide teams on resolution steps
- Train clients on how to effectively use SolarWinds products, from initial setup to ongoing usage and best practices.
- Understanding of Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) or similar querying tools to extract deep insights and perform custom analysis.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical audiences
Skill Set
- Expert level knowledge on agent and agentless based monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge on working on event management tools with experience on working model of correlation.
- Should have good knowledge of cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with API integrations, CI/CD tools, automation scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and ITSM platforms
