Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Dynamics Developer at HolaTeams. The Dynamics Developer will design, develop, and maintain solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies, focusing on franchise CRM, workflow automation, and integration with financial and operational modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing custom business logic, configuring entities and workflows, developing integrations with NAV and other systems, and optimizing performance and reliability of the platform. The role involves collaborating with product managers, architects, and franchise clients to understand business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver secure, scalable solutions. The Dynamics Developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, write technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Software Development skills with experience in enterprise applications, particularly on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with NAV and related Microsoft business applications, including configuration, customization, and extension development.
- Proficiency in Programming (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform tools) for building custom logic, plugins, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with Integration of Dynamics 365, NAV, and Microsoft 365 services, including REST APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Ability to analyze and model Business Process requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions and workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure services, Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams integration is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in enterprise Microsoft environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
