Job Title: Associate Consultant – Power Platform & D365 CRM (Technical)

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Bhopal & Vadodara

Education: B.E./BTech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field

Role Overview:

BDO India is seeking a technically proficient Associate Consultant with 2–4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing Model-Driven Power Apps, designing Power Automate flows, implementing CRM plugins, and writing custom logic using .NET. Prior experience in business domains like Sales, Customer Service . Marketing, or Field Service will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Model-Driven Power Apps based on business requirements
• Develop and manage workflows and automation using Power Automate
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM through Plugins, JavaScript, and custom workflow components
• Build .NET-based extensions and integrations with external systems
• Participate in technical design, estimation, and documentation activities
• Collaborate with BDO functional consultants and clients during implementation cycles
• Support QA, UAT, and production deployments
• Adhere to BDO India quality standards and development best practices

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven) and Dynamics 365 CRM
• Exposure to Azure , Canvas App along with Power BI will be added advantage
• Proficiency in Power Automate, D365 customization, Plugins, and Dataverse
• Strong coding skills in C#, .NET Framework/Core, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of CRM data structure and security model
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service
• Familiarity with Azure integrations and Microsoft Dataverse architecture
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, MB-210, or MB-910
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
