Job Description:
- Seeking for a highly skilled and experienced MS Dynamics Developer with a deep understanding of Healthcare/Member Domain.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 development and implementation (Sales & Customer Service).
- Implementing and configuring various Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Responsible for leading the technical architecture of our Contact Center applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Define and document the overall technical architecture for MS Dynamics solutions, including integration with other systems and data sources.
- Lead the design and development of complex MS Dynamics customizations and integrations.
- Need to provide out of the box solutions and explaining to Clients for each requirement.
- Provide expert guidance on Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, to optimize cloud adoption.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of MS Dynamics solutions.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to improve solution efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 is a plus.
