Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and customize CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, system integrations, and performance optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
- Customize CRM entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain plugins and custom workflows using C# and the .NET framework.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Implement business logic using JavaScript and CRM SDK.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in security roles, data integrity, and compliance.
- Support deployments, release management, and version control processes.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in CRM development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM (2016/365).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, and web services.
- Experience with CRM SDK, plugins, and custom workflow development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and data migration techniques.
- Experience in integrating CRM with external systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
