Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with D365 Project Operations / PSA.
- Good understanding of project lifecycle processes (WBS, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, resourcing).
- Ability to write functional specs and understand basic technical components (plugins, workflows, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
