Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Dynamics 365 Consultant / Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP to join our team at Trasol Technologies. In this role, you will work on CRM and Business Central requirements, support implementation and customization activities, and communicate effectively with clients to understand business needs and deliver suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP projects, including Business Central-related business process support and implementation.
- Gather client requirements, understand workflows, and translate business needs into solution recommendations.
- Support implementation, configuration, customization coordination, testing, migration and deployment activities for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Assist clients in modules related to sales, customer management, finance, operations, service, and workflow automation.
- Coordinate with internal technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams for project execution and support.
- Provide user support, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central environments.
- Prepare functional documents, user guidance, process notes, and implementation-related documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, conduct discussions, and provide solution walkthroughs or training where required.
- Support system improvements, enhancements, and post-implementation optimization based on client needs.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful handover and project completion.
Experience & Education
- 3–5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP, or Business Central projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or any related field.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Good experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP applications, especially Business Central.
- Understanding of business processes such as sales, service, finance, operations, customer management, and workflow automation.
- Experience in implementation support, requirement gathering, user support, testing, and documentation.
- Ability to interact with clients, understand their challenges, and explain suitable solutions clearly.
- Familiarity with integrations, reporting, workflows, and Microsoft ecosystem tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure-related integrations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
