We are looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance Functional Consultant with 5–8 years of relevant experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting D365 F&O solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful project delivery across Finance.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to drive enhancements and solutions to continuously increase the effectiveness of our operations and sales teams.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules based on business needs.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard D365 F&O capabilities and best practices.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business requirement Documents (BRD), and business process documentation.
• Work closely with technical consultants to develop customizations, integrations, business and reports.
• Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
• Provide end-user training and create user manuals and knowledge articles.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Highly proficient working with ERP/CRM technologies and using these technologies to architect and develop sales automation for Software and Services companies.
• Knowledge around Power-BI is preferred.
• Experience with Accounting and Finance processes and procedures is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CA, CS, MBA, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification is preferred.
· Participate in solution design workshops and client meetings.
· Support post-go-live activities, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
· Ensure compliance with Microsoft implementation methodologies and industry best practices.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strong functional knowledge of one or more D365 F&O modules:
o General Ledger
o Accounts Payable
o Accounts Receivable
o Fixed Assets
o Cash & Bank Management
o Budgeting
o Procurement & Sourcing
o Sales Order Processing
· Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
· Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes.
· Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
· Knowledge of integrations with Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or third-party applications is an advantage
· Accountable for administration, support, and maintenance of internal Microsoft Dynamics instance (troubleshooting complex support incidents, timely handling internal escalations, etc.).
· Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure Microsoft Dynamics environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
· Familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Electronic Reporting (ER), and Data Management Framework (DMF).
