🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant to join a long-term engagement with a leading Qatar-based client.
You will be part of an agile team responsible for designing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions at an enterprise level.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze technical requirements from business/product stakeholders
- Design and propose scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
- Build and implement customizations and configurations within Dynamics CRM
- Develop integrations with internal/external systems and data sources
- Work on plugins, workflows, and advanced customizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Participate in client discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong expertise in customization & configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript customization
- SSRS reports & SSIS packages
- Strong development skills in:
- C#, .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
- REST APIs (OpenAPI) & SOAP Web Services
- Experience with MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, functions)
- Experience in On-Prem to Cloud migration (Dynamics 365)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
🔹 Nice to Have
- Experience in enterprise-scale CRM implementations
- Exposure to GCC/Middle East clients
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
