Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in the Sales module to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customization, integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module)
- Implement plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom workflows using C# and .NET
- Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware
- Work with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions
- Perform data migration and data integration activities
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales)
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web API
- Hands-on experience with:
- Plugins & Custom Workflows
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Model-driven apps
- Experience in Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus is a plus)
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data modeling
