We’re Hiring: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (AI + Power Platform)
We are looking for a passionate and promising Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform and exposure to AI-driven CRM capabilities. If you enjoy building intelligent business solutions using automation, AI, and analytics, we’d love to connect with you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities :
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security roles
- Build Model-Driven Apps & Canvas Apps using Power Apps
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and integrations
- Create role-based UI/UX experiences with dashboards, tiles, and custom navigation
AI & Intelligent Automation
- Implement AI-powered CRM capabilities such as predictive insights and recommendations
- Work with AI Builder, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services
- Build AI-assisted CRM experiences including chatbots, summaries, and smart recommendations
- Support AI models using structured and semi-structured data
- Work with Dynamics 365 Copilot features and custom Copilot extensions
Quality & Collaboration
- Participate in technical analysis and solution design discussions
- Follow best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability
- Support UAT, bug fixes, and post-production enhancements.
🔹 Required Skills :
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Experience with JavaScript and client-side customizations
- Good understanding of D365 security models and solution management
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and reporting
