The Impact You’ll Make
- The Processor: You’ll accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports.
- The Problem Solver: You’ll be the detective who reconciles invoice discrepancies and audits credit card bills to ensure every cent is accounted for.
- The Communicator: You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, building trust through professional and timely responses.
- The Organizer: You’ll maintain a high volume of vendor accounts, ensuring 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
The Day-to-Day
- This is a fast-paced office role where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll be:
- Performing monthly reconciliations.
- Managing heavy data entry with high-level accuracy.
- Handling a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
- Working independently to meet tight deadlines.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Education: High school diploma required (Associate’s degree in Accounting is a major plus!).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is your best friend).
- The "Accounting Mind": A solid grasp of basic accounting principles and strong analytical skills.
- The "Eagle Eye": An obsession with detail and organizational excellence.
