</div><h1><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></h1><div>This position oversees NAPA’s wholesale customers. A person in this position increases commercial sales by acting as the primary contact for wholesale customers, sourcing necessary parts, and creating a superior customer experience.<br><br>
</div><h1><strong>DUTIES:</strong></h1><ul>
<li>Keep good relationships with NAPA wholesale customers.</li>
<li>Generate sales through proactive customer calls. </li>
<li>Monitor commercial sales performance. </li>
<li>Achieve sales goals.</li>
<li>Coordinate business plans with the Store Manger. </li>

<strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> </h1><ul>
<li>Capable and willing to become ASE certified within first year. </li>
<li>3+ years parts experience preferred. </li>
<li>Able leader.</li>
<li>Buyout and sourcing knowledge.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail.</li>
<li>Able to lifting 25 pounds. </li>
<li>Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for entire work shift. </li>
