A person in this position promotes sales by understanding customers' needs and sourcing accurate parts. Ensuring each customer receive a good experience is of upmost importance.</div><div> </div><h1><strong>DUTIES:</strong></h1><ul>
<li>Build good relationships with NAPA customers.</li>
<li>Greet all customers.</li>
<li>Pick correct parts from behind the counter for customers.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving retail issues.</li>
<li>Ensure store cleanliness.</li>
<li>Assist in receiving/stocking merchandise.</li>

</ul><h1><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></h1><ul>
<li>Valid Driver’s License preferred. </li>
<li>Previous retail sales experience preferred.</li>
<li>GED preferred.</li>
<li>Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.</li>
</ul><h1><strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</strong></h1><ul>
<li>Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.</li>
<li>Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.</li>
<li>Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.</li>
