A person in this drives daily leadership and growth that promotes and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.<br><br>
</div><h1><strong>DUTIES:</strong></h1><ul>
<li>Build good relationships with customers.</li>
<li>Maximize store sales. </li>
<li>Connect store operations to NAPA's mission. </li>
<li>Lead and coach retail team.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for growth. </li>
<li>Focus on customer satisfaction. </li>

<li>Valid Driver’s License required. </li>
<li>High school diploma, or equivalent, required. </li>
<li>Previous management experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail.</li>
<li>Able to lead teams to achieve goals. </li>
<li>Sound decision making skills.</li>
</ul><h1><strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</strong></h1><ul>
<li>Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.</li>
<li>Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.</li>
<li>Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.</li>
