A person in this position is key for building relationships with commercial customers to assist in establishing NAPA as the premier auto parts supplier in the region.<br><br>
</div><h1><strong>DUTIES: </strong></h1><ul>
<li>Build strong relationships with store teams and customers.</li>
<li>Visit customers at their shops and farms. </li>
<li>Coordinates outside sales activities among multiple stores.</li>
<li>Monitor sales performance.</li>
<li>Identifies new customers and revenue opportunities.</li>
<li>Lead promotions at stores or on customer premises.</li>

<li>Valid Driver’s License required.</li>
<li>Very comfortable striking up conversations. </li>
<li>Previous sales experience and/or education preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with people.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.</li>
</ul><h1><strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</strong></h1><ul>
<li>Able to lift 60 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.</li>
<li>Ability to bend and stoop to floor-level shelves.</li>
<li>Ability to speak clearly, listen attentively.</li>
