About the role

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detailed oriented professional to join our M&A Transaction Management team in a Deal Support capacity. This role is critical in providing operational, documentation, and process support across all stages of mergers and acquisitions transactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in the smooth execution of complex deals.

 

 

Main aspects of the role include:

  • Support the execution of M&A transactions, including document preparation, coordination, and tracking.
  • Assist in the management of data rooms and control of information flow during due diligence.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain transaction timelines, trackers, and status updates.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for client and advisor meetings.
  • Help review and format transaction documents such as NDAs, engagement letters, and presentations.
  • Monitor deal progress and escalate issues to transaction managers as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity for audit and regulatory readiness.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of deal processes and templates.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction services, legal, consulting or corporate finance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data room platforms preferred.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Professional demeanour and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Whilst not required, the ideal candidate would also be familiar with M&A transaction workflows and documentation.
