About the Role
Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy Project Manager (Civil) to oversee and manage ongoing construction projects. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely execution, quality control, and efficient coordination of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and supervise ongoing construction projects.
- Lead and coordinate with the project team, contractors, and site engineers.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Manage site resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and project coordination.
- Ability to independently handle projects and lead teams effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
