Job details:
- Analysing structures using via STAAD.Pro software, designing connections, estimating steel quantities, and reviewing approval drawings
- Utilize tools like STAAD.Pro Connect Edition for modelling and review General Arrangement (GA)/fabrication drawings.
- Optimization of the drawings in line with the customer requirements
- Preparation of Design sketches, calculations and connection designs
- Performing connection designs for Structural / PEB buildings
- Calculate steel quantities precisely for various applications – tenders / fabrication etc.
- Checking of approval drawings
- Coordinate with drafting and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines.
- Handles customer queries and should be able to analyze, understand and optimize drawings with cost effective solutions.
- Support sales/projects team in addressing technical queries from clients
