Experience : 7-8 Years experience for project sales/ RMCs (not retail)
Industry: Construction Chemicals/Cement/RMC industries
Job Responsibility
- Drive identified Initiatives in the assigned area to achieve the overall sales targets for the Zone.
- Identify& effectively implement Major and Key initiatives in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation.
- Responsible for Money collection of sales done.
- Building customer relations, and sustainable development for new customer development.
- Follow up with backend team for order processing & delivery.
Competencies
- Experience and customer base for the mentioned cluster/zone.
- Good Communication skill in English/Hindi/Local language.
- Typical Sales experience for project selling and key customers handling.
Special Working Conditions:- Traveling to the project sites in nominated area.
Main interactions of the role:- Project mapping and new customer development, sales focus as per budget allocated.
Education Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma- Civil Engg. Or BSc.
