CLIENT: Diversified producer of processed foods require for their manufacturing location near Zaheerabad ( Hyderabad).
Job Summary:
Experienced Production Planning professional with strong expertise in SAP MM & PM modules.Will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient execution of production schedules.
Key Result Areas:
- Drive end-to-end production planning and scheduling to ensure optimal alignment between demand, capacity, and inventory.
- - Translate business forecasts into feasible manufacturing plans, ensuring efficient utilization of resources across lines and shifts.
- Act as the central planning interface between Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, QA, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
- Lead MRP execution and material readiness, ensuring uninterrupted production through proactive planning and risk mitigation.
- Steer S&OP planning cycles, providing data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Optimize production sequencing and changeover strategy to maximize throughput and minimize operational losses.
Incumbent profile:
- Supply Chain Professional with experience in Production Planning, Scheduling & execution control for high volume Food/FMCG/Beverage Plants.
- Strong Background in PPIC , PPC , Lean , TPM & Performance Monitoring with proven ability to translate production plans into consistent shop-floor execution; while maintaining cost targets
